I’m excited to have added another quilt to this year’s Diffa Quilt Auction. It is a fun event every year. The team spends the year teaching architecture and design firms how to quilt using a traditional quilting bee format. The purpose is to use discarded and discontinued textiles from the design industry and save them from the landfill while passing on the craft to new groups of creatives. The theme of this year’s auction was Secret NY, and I chose a graffiti artist that I keep running into in NYC. His handle is @derty_cat. I hope you like it.
